Sahkarmi Talk to Naivedya

Sahkarmi builds AI workers that each do one real job, every day. This is this morning's note from the first one.

, 06:10

Good morning. You spent $1,642 on AI yesterday. I know where every dollar went, and $242 of it was wasted.

Hisaab (हिसाब), your AI spend worker

Talk to Naivedya See what it found

  1. 23 ChatGPT seats nobody has opened in 60 days$690 a month

Nine belong to people who have left. The other fourteen were bought for a pilot that ended in August. Each seat can be removed from the dashboard with one click.

  2. The support bot has cost 312% more since 14 October$6,400 a month

On 14 October a prompt change began sending the whole ticket history with every call.

    Before 14 Oct3,100

    Now12,800

    With the fix3,400

Average tokens sent per support request

I tried sending only the last five messages instead, and replayed that on 1,200 of your past support requests. 99.0% of answers were still judged correct, against 99.2% before.

  3. Sales and Ops pay for two transcription tools that do the same job$180 a month

Sales has 12 people on one tool, Ops has 5 on the other. Moving Ops across keeps every recording and drops a subscription.

One fix needs your yes: trim the support bot to the last five messages. It saves $6,400 a month.

Hisaab is Sahkarmi's first worker. Connect your AI bills and usage, and from the next morning you get a note like this one: every dollar traced, every fix tested, nothing changed without you.

It earns its freedom one step at a time.

Most clients start at the first step and move up as it earns trust.

Hisaab tests every fix on your own past requests, then applies the ones you approve and tracks the saving.

You approve or decline each fix, as you just did above.

More colleagues, same habits.

Each one runs a daily job in your back office, investigates what's wrong, and leaves you a note like Hisaab's. Here is how each would start its morning.

Hired like a person, checked like software.

  1. Week 1

    The job description

We sit with the people who do the job today, map it step by step and agree what good looks like.

  2. Weeks 2 and 3

    Set-up

We connect the worker to your tools with read-only access. Nothing in your systems changes yet.

  3. Week 4

A trial on your past cases

It works through hundreds of your real past cases. You read the results and decide whether it goes live.

  4. Then, every day

    On the job

It runs within the limits you set. We watch it, fix what it gets wrong and re-test before every change.

The pilot is a fixed price, quoted after our first call. Each live worker then has a monthly fee.

What's underneath.

Your worker connects to whatever your team already uses: if it has an API, an inbox or a login screen, the worker can use it. Inside, it's built from proven parts that can be swapped as better ones arrive.

Safety
Step-by-step traces, audit logs, encryption and least-privilege access. AI providers are used only on terms that don't train on your data.
Testing
Test sets built from your past cases, run before launch, after every change and before any model upgrade.
Workflows
Multi-step jobs that schedule, retry, wait for approval and hand over to a person.
Knowledge
Search over your own documents and records, with OCR for scans and PDFs.
Connections
MCP, REST APIs and webhooks, billing and usage APIs, email, and browser automation for tools without an API.
Models
Claude, GPT, Gemini or open-source models, picked step by step on your test results.

Questions people ask.

Why not just use ChatGPT or Claude ourselves?

For one-off tasks, you should. A worker runs every day without being asked, inside your systems and by your rules, and it is tested and monitored. Setting that up and keeping it working is our job.

What if it gets something wrong?

Anything risky waits for your approval, and every action is logged. We fix the cause, add the case to the worker's tests and re-test before the fix goes live.

Does it replace our team?

No. It takes the repetitive part of the job off their plate and hands them the cases that need a person, with the context attached.

Do we need technical staff?

No. We need a few hours from someone who knows the job well, in the first week and during the trial.

We're building our own agents. Can you help?

Yes. We build test suites from your real cases, compare models on quality, cost and speed, and rescue pilots that stalled after the demo.

Do you work outside India?

Yes, with teams anywhere, remotely.

You work with the founder.

We build colleagues, not chatbots.

I'm Naivedya Tiwari, founder and CEO. My work has always been about the gap between what a product promises and what people actually get. AI workers have that gap too: they shine in a demo and stumble on real inputs. Every worker we ship is tested on your own cases first, and you talk to me directly, from the first call through every monthly review.

Tell us the job nobody wants to do.

We reply within one working day, then you speak with Naivedya for 30 minutes and get a short proposal with a fixed pilot price.
